Art work, Contemporary Furniture Design and Manufacture
CAD CAM 3d modelling
Mainly a supply service to all furniture designers, architects, joiners and manufactures of all wood products . 3d Models can be created in all sorts of CAD packages, such as Solid Works, Edgecam, Inventor and Catia. Clients can use their own design software and Export out to IGES or STL format , we can then read the model in our programming software and start to prepare for production, either in single quantities or mass production.
The Model shown is an example were a table centre leg piece was designed in a CAD package, we then mad the furniture in cross sections and assembled as a full piece. This process we have developed is a proven and readily applied to lots of furniture and Art sculpture.
The 3d model also enables the client to visually inspect and check the shape and sizes before production starts, eliminating error and design faults

Scanning Using lasers
Mainly suitable for specialised industries such as restoration projects and complex shape cutting ... We can Laser scan original shapes from faces to artefacts and historical objects. Once the 3d Model is processed from the scanning software we then produce 3d cutter paths to replicate, scale up or down the shape. We can then cut objects, scans and shapes out of most materials, The example shows a face scanned then a reproduction made and designed onto a plaque made from limestone

Our experience in CAD CAM means we can take a pencil sketch or basic information and input all your 2d requirements onto our CAD package The examples show letter cutting and 2d profiles around any flat piece of material. |
